Dressed Up

Thsi is a dress that our friends Lynn and Jerome bought for Isabella.

She looks too cute! Check out her ears - they are pierced.

Isabella was such a brave girl. I thought she might freak out, especially since the little girl ahead of her getting her ears done was crying. Isabella even had an audience. We got her ears done at Claire's in the mall. They do the ear piercings up at the front right where passers-by can see you. We had people actually stop and wait to watch her get her ears pierced (probably stopped to watch her cry). I had been telling her over the last few weeks that we'd be getting her ears pieced and even pinched her ears to give her a feel of what it would be like. I signed to her that it would hurt a little bit (they teach them sign language at daycare). She was brave, she only wimpered for about five seconds. I had her sitting on my lap when they did it and had all the people gathered round clap and tell her "good job", that seemed to help her cope. She got her sucker at the end and all was good.

Here's my two hunnies in matching dresses. I was debating whether to take this picture before or after I took Isabella to get her ears pierced. I decided to do it before just in case she was all upset from getting her ears done.

I love this picture of Daniela. I took these on the front lawn.

Isabella has discovered Nutella. Every once in a while I let her have a taste.

I was going through the girls' closets and found Isabella's onesie that my mom embroidered for her. Hard to believe that this used to fit her not too long ago.

We decided to take the kids to the Dallas World Aquarium.
Here Nanna and Isabella are looking at the penguins swim around.

Daniela missed the whole thing!

Not a picture you want sticking in your head!

A family photo.

Daniela was asleep in the stroller and we didn't want to wake her up.
