7 Months Old!
We bought Isabella a little door jumper gadget.
She's starting to get the hang of it (no pun intended).

This weekend we went to Addison, TX for Oktoberfest. We try to go every year. There's lots of great German food, music, rides, games, arts & crafts and Beer! This year we met up with Todd who is one of Mike's old co-workers and two of his kids. A good time was had by all!

Daycare
Well, Isabella started her first full day of daycare yesterday. She did about half a day on Friday when my mom flew home. We got a call from our daycare on Monday saying that they'd had a fire and so they were moving the kids to their other two facilities. Luckily no one was at there at the time. It was very hard for me to leave her at daycare yesterday. I went to see her on my lunch hour and fed her and played with her a bit. She seemed to be okay, but was somewhat miserable by the end of the day. Hopefully it will get better for all of us after the initial transition phase.
Isabella's starting to hold her own bottle. She's pretty co-ordinated.

The latest on the car accident:
I would like to thank everyone for their continued thoughts and prayers! This whole affair has been difficult for me and my family, but we are moving on.... Just in the last two weeks the police incident report came out and answered a number of questions I had about the accident, we settled with the insurance company, purchased/picked-up a new car. Fortunately, I have family that loves me and work that keeps me busy, so I don't dwell on the accident as much.
As for the latest, the family of the deceased woman and young boy are still looking for answers to lingering questions! As of this last Monday, the man that was involved in the head-on collision has not turned himself into police. In fact a recent news story documents this (http://video.nbc5i.com/player/?id=145989)!
I don't know how all this will end, but I do hope justice is served!
